Shipping Cost
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all addresses within the contiguous United States on all products.
Shipping Methods
Small orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Large or fragile orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe arrival.
Packaging
We use high-grade styrofoam, heavy-duty cardboard, and reinforced packaging materials to prevent breakage.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (MST) Mountain Standard Time (Cheyenne, WY).
Order Handling Time (Production): 7–8 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
Note: As all our products are custom-cut to your specifications, this time is required for precision cutting, tempering, and quality control.
Transit Time (Shipping): 2–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–11 Business Days.
Service Notes
- We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States; international shipping, Alaska, and Hawaii are not currently supported.
- Glass Mirror Pro reserves the right to cancel any order if the destination address is not accessible by our freight or courier partners.
