At Glass Mirror Pro, we provide high-quality custom glass with a transparent and reliable shipping process.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, dimensions, weight, and delivery destination of your custom glass order.

Shipping Methods

Small orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Large or fragile orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe arrival.

Packaging

We use high-grade styrofoam, heavy-duty cardboard, and reinforced packaging materials to prevent breakage.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (MST) Mountain Standard Time (Cheyenne, WY).

Order Handling Time (Production): 2–5 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
Note: As all our products are custom-cut to your specifications, this time is required for precision cutting, tempering, and quality control.

Transit Time (Shipping): 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 Business Days.

Service Notes

  • We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States; international shipping, Alaska, and Hawaii are not currently supported.
  • Glass Mirror Pro reserves the right to cancel any order if the destination address is not accessible by our freight or courier partners.

Freight Delivery & Service Terms

Oversized and heavy items are shipped via designated freight carriers on a curbside delivery basis only. Delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point outside the property.

A valid phone number is required to coordinate delivery appointments. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Inside Delivery and White Glove Service are not included unless specifically requested in advance and confirmed in writing. Any additional services are subject to availability and extra charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery and availability at the scheduled time. Missed appointments, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may result in additional fees, including re-delivery or return shipping charges.

Some shipments may arrive in protective crates and may require basic unpacking by the customer after delivery.
