Refund & Return Policy
At Glass Mirror Pro, we specialize in custom-cut and made-to-order glass products. Because these items are manufactured to your exact specifications, they cannot be resold. Therefore, separate rules apply to these orders compared to standard goods.
Custom-Cut & Made-to-Order Items
All custom glass and mirror orders are fabricated to the specific measurements and specifications provided at the time of order. For this reason, custom-cut items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a change of mind or customer error.
- Custom-cut items cannot be canceled once fabrication has started.
- Measurements and specifications must be carefully reviewed by the customer before placing an order.
30-Day Accuracy & Defect Guarantee
We stand behind the precision of our work. If your custom-cut glass or mirror arrives with incorrect dimensions (not matching the specs provided at the time of order) or manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Damage
Because glass is fragile, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage (cracks, chips, or breakage) must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, please provide the following evidence:
- Clear photos of the damaged glass or mirror.
- Photos of the exterior packaging (crate, box, or pallet).
- A clear photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once the damage or defect is verified by our support team, we will prioritize the production of your replacement and ship it to you immediately at no extra charge.
Refunds (If Applicable)
While our standard policy for damaged custom goods is a free replacement, in rare cases where a refund is authorized by Glass Mirror Pro LLC:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement once processed.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for verified damaged or defective shipments.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to size, thickness, glass type, or edgework can only be made before production begins. Once fabrication has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
Inspection at Delivery
We highly recommend customers inspect shipments upon arrival. If visible damage is present on the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Hidden damage must be reported to support@glassmirrorpro.com within 24 hours.
