At Glass Mirror Pro, we offer both ready-made products and custom-cut glass and mirrors. Because these items are handled differently, separate return and refund rules apply.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Ready-Made / Stock Items
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- All original packaging is included
- Return authorization has been issued by our team
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom-Cut & Made-to-Order Items
All custom glass and mirror orders are fabricated to the exact specifications provided by the customer.
For this reason:
- Custom-cut items cannot be canceled once production has started
- Custom-cut items are non-refundable
- Measurements and specifications must be carefully reviewed before ordering
Because these products are made specifically for each project, they cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and crate/box
- The shipping label clearly visible
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for custom-cut items; however, if an item is received damaged, we will provide a free replacement once the damage is verified.
Replacement Process
When transit damage occurs:
- We will remake and reship the affected item
- Replacement timelines depend on fabrication and shipping schedules
- Tracking details will be provided once dispatched
Order Changes
Changes to size, thickness, glass type, edgework, or other specifications can only be made before production begins.
Once fabrication has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect shipments at delivery where possible and note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Hidden damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
